We are grateful for the many hours of service given by our faithful volunteers! Dozens of volunteers help to make our programs successful by giving their time as tutors, helpers, or for special events. The volunteers who work with us are committed leaders, who devote their time to Pen Lucy’s youth because they believe in PLAN’s mission and the strength of its goals.
